What We Collect

When you play Last Letter, we collect minimal data to run the game:

• Telegram users: Your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, username, and profile photo URL (provided by Telegram SDK)
• Web users: A randomly generated session ID and the display name you enter
• Gameplay data: Room codes, country submissions, and game results

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to facilitate multiplayer gameplay: identifying players in rooms, displaying names and avatars, and tracking game state.

Analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics (e.g., rooms created, games played) to improve the game. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Data Storage

Game data is stored on Convex (our real-time database provider). The app is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We do not collect payment information or financial data.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Game room data is transient and associated with temporary session identifiers.
